Around the Ward – #4 – 50 years of change in the Pudsey Borough

For our latest entry in the Around the Ward series, we thought we would bring you something a little bit more special. We took the opportunity to film a conversation with Councillor Andrew Carter CBE on his 50th year representing our Borough.

The entire conversation was filmed inside our wonderful Town Hall where Andrew once sat and represented the people of our great Borough. In the video, Andrew shares some of his unique insights and experiences in to the changes our area has seen during his time.
